Indiana Campus Compact, a nonprofit based in Indianapolis, has changed its name to
Community-Engaged Alliance.

“Under our new name, we are maintaining our time-honored mission to advance the field of community
engagement and create positive social change by educating, supporting, and collaborating with our
partners in higher education,” said Summer Webb, interim executive director and chief operating officer
of Community-Engaged Alliance.

Rebranding allows Community-Engaged Alliance to continue supporting their partners’ place-based
community engagement and service-learning initiatives through funding and professional development
opportunities, ultimately ensuring that college students graduate with the knowledge and skills
necessary to become our future community leaders.

Community-Engaged Alliance invests hundreds of thousands of dollars in its partners each year in the
form of grants, trainings, and professional development opportunities.

“We have an incredible legacy of serving colleges and universities for almost 30 years, and this
rebranding will ensure our legacy will continue well into the future. We will continue to challenge all
colleges and universities to make community engagement an institutional priority.” Webb said.
