Community-Engaged Alliance provides partners with programming, training, customized assistance, funding, and resources that enhance critical service-learning and community engagement efforts. These benefits are built for anyone in our partnership who works in service-learning and civic and community engagement.
Joining Community-Engaged Alliance
We are committed to developing and sustaining strategic partnerships that advance the public good purposes of our partners by deepening their ability to improve community life and to educate students for civic and social responsibility. We envision our partners as vital agents and architects of a diverse democracy, committed to educating students for responsible citizenship in ways that both deepen their education and improve the quality of community life.
Eligibility is open to institutions of higher education who are committed to critical service-learning and community engagement.
Upon contacting us related to partnership, interested parties will be asked to have a meeting with our Executive Director to discuss partnership details. In addition, interested parties will submit a letter of interest to our Board of Directors for approval; upon Board approval, you will be notified of your official acceptance.
Partnership Fees
Partnership in Community-Engaged Alliance does require an annual partnership fee (July 1 to June 30). Partnership fees enable our organization to provide programming, training, and customized assistance that 1) builds support for students to graduate as well-rounded civic leaders; 2) fund program development; 3) convene partners in professional development opportunities; and 4) promote our partners' civic engagement activities. Price is determined based on a flat rate structure.
